Ensuring Process Success and Establishing Meaningful Metrics

Effective process management and process governance is critical to the success of any business process effort. Many organizations encounter difficulties in gaining process acceptance and adherence. Organizations also have difficulty sustaining processes over time and measuring and proving the business value of processes. In general, most organizations suffer one process failure after another.
